Executive Coaching (6 Months Package)

Business organization structures have undergone significant changes over the past few years, and so have their followers. The leaders want to lead in traditional ways.  Followers want to work autonomously and with the changes in work—how, when, and where—especially with remote and hybrid work schedules and the use of artificial intelligence (AI) and other disruptors in the virtual global marketplace, leaders must adapt. The coaching will help executives co-create goals and strategies to maximize their core leadership competencies and qualities, focusing on leading change, people, and meeting organizational goals and customer expectations. Additionally, it will cover managing financial and information resources, as well as building internal and external coalitions that lead to long-term, sustainable profitability. The package includes 11 one-on-one virtual sessions, a 360-degree emotional intelligence assessment, along with a private (virtual) debrief of the survey results. It also features a personalized workbook that contains specific exercises to support the leader in developing skills to enhance their abilities, as well as improve intra- and interpersonal industry relationships and partnerships.
