This package includes five virtual coaching sessions that focus on identifying and developing leadership emotional intelligence skills to improve self-awareness, work-life balance, self-efficacy, goal-setting/planning, and effective communication on a 180-degree emotional intelligence assessment with a private(virtual) debrief of the survey results, a personalized workbook that contains specific exercises to support the leader in developing skills to improve the skills and intra and interpersonal relationships.
