This coaching session focuses on partnering with the client to identify and develop leadership emotional intelligence skills, aiming to enhance self-awareness, work-life balance, self-efficacy, goal-setting and planning, and effective communication. Although these are plausible discussion topics, the client leads the conversation and determines its direction. I will help guide the conversation toward the client's desired goal and journey with them as they discover uncharted possibilities.
